At Tora Collective we catch live Crayfish and Pāua from our home in Tora and deliver it nationwide direct to your door and local restaurants across Aotearoa. Our kaimoana is shipped to you the same day it leaves the ocean, delivered to you the next day, giving you fresh confidence that kiwis deserve. There are no holding tanks in our neck of the woods, our wild sustainably caught kaimoana (seafood) is all caught to order and comes direct from the nutrient-rich saltwaters of the South Wairarapa coast.
Our team is made up of Troy and Claire who call Tora, the wildly beautiful and windswept Southern Coast of the Wairarapa, home. With decades of experience harvesting kaimoana on the East Coast, a passion for quality produce and keeping it local, we’re able to bring you the nations freshest kaimoana. Our dedication to sustainability and protecting our native resources means you can dig in with total pleasure.
We also provide kina, blue cod, octopus, wild harvested Wakame and Bull Kelp for New Zealand’s best restaurants for them to work their magic.
