We're obsessed with the provenance of everything we serve and try to source as much as we can locally on Waiheke. We shuck oysters from around New Zealand, including Waiheke's world-famous Te Matuku oysters, and our vegetables are grown especially for us by local gardeners. We're also proud to support a wide range of local and regional artisanal New Zealand food producers.
