Sid at The French Café is a partnership between husband and wife team, Sid Sahrawat, executive chef and Chand Sahrawat operations manager. They are assisted by Simon Benoit and Pierre Guillot, restaurant managers, Hiro Kawahara, sommelier and Lesley Chandra, head chef.

Sid and Chand Sahrawat bought the iconic French Cafe in September 2018 from it's previous owners Simon Wright and Creghan Molloy-Wright. They intend to honour the more than 20 year old legacy handed over to them and maintain the high standards of food and service The French Cafe has become known for.

Sid at The French Cafe is an independently owned, family run business, just like Sid and Chand's other renowned restaurants Sidart and Cassia.
