Technique training restaurant is open to the public with dedicated parking for our customers. We offer a fully licensed bar and both casual and formal dining with dietary requirements met on request. We support the use of fresh produce from local suppliers and campus gardens. Our staff and students are committed to using sustainable practices. Students in our cookery and hospitality programmes are required to work in the restaurant as part of their training assessment.
We host a wide range of themed events during the year including mid winter Christmas dinners, curry in a hurry lunches and international themed dinners.
