Precinct Food

We are a new licensed cafe and concept space in Dunedin's Warehouse Precinct. Our premise is a funky fit out of an old warehouse building and is part of an area recently described by the Sunday Star Times as 'gentrified cool'. The cafe has grown out of our commercial catering business known as The Inspired Pantry, which outgrew our old suburban location. When the opportunity came to design and build a large commercial kitchen in downtown Dunedin and to establish a cafe on site so that our customers could enjoy our food whenever they like, it was an opportunity too good to turn down. Our food is made fresh and from scratch each day by our team of experienced chefs. We bake our own bread, smoke our own products and make all our sauces on-site. We proudly serve Atomic coffee and wines curated by Dunedin's specialty wine shop Wine Freedom. Our fit out celebrates the heritage values of our beautiful, award-winning building with some funky, modern twists. Our front of house team is second-to-none. Our business goal is to be known as Dunedin's premium food experience.
