Nanam Eatery opened in March 2015 and was originally located in Royal oak, Auckland. Owner Chef Andrew Soriano and his partner Chef Jessabel Granada started their venture at a 4 meter by 4 meter space at the night markets of Auckland selling “Taco Pao”( taco siopao) with pork cooked in humba sauce and chilli chicken filling that became their humble beginning towards exploring Filipino cuisine since then the couple with the help of his brother ( Ryan Soriano ) who is a young aspiring chef has been serving both quality interpretations of Filipino classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of its cuisine.

Nanam’s interior designed personally by the trio, reflects the hip sensibilities of the surrounding area while also paying tribute to Filipino’s multicultral heritage.
