Highwater is a modern inner-city eatery serving seasonal, flavoursome food using traditional techniques to make nearly everything in-house. We celebrate local, sustainable and ethical produce, working with local growers, and supporting like-minded business operators. We have a carefully curated drinks list on offer with a selection of wine from vineyards with sustainable viticulture and organic growing practices, locally brewed beers and great coffee from Rich coffee.
