Our philosophy is simple 'Eat Well Live Well'. We don't eat to live. We see eating as a culture, a time to socialise and spend time with family and friends.
Here at EAT we try to source local and organic products were ever possible. The team at EAT is headed by Laurent Loudeac in the kitchen (formerly of Hippopotamus) and John David (Cin Cin Cuba) leading the front of house.
With many years experience in the hospitality industry, we wanted to stamp our mark on the Wellington food scene. We have an insatiable passion for great food & drink, delivering friendly, unpretentious service.
