  • Canterbury

One of the original lamb and beef grazing areas of New Zealand, this area continues to be the home of some of our finest spring lamb but also has a name for its wild foods and high-quality wines. There are some beautiful spots for lunch among the vines in the Waipara Valley. Other regional towns here include Rangiora, Kaiapoi and Hanmer Springs.
