The Panorama Room, our signature a la carte restaurant, opened in 1969.
Our newly renovated Panorama Room has a simple philosophy of using the freshest, local ingredients to produce seasonal menus rich in flavour and style with stunning alpine mountain vistas to match.
Panorama Room is open daily for dinner from 6.00pm, reservations from 6.00pm to 9.30pm (seasonal hours may apply). Due to high demand, reservations are essential.
