For the Love of Tams

Four years ago the NZ Tamarillo Cooperative Ltd was formed with ten local growers to produce the very best tamarillo products - a delicious relish, a beautifully tangy/sweet vinaigrette dressing and tamarillo fruit preserve, which are ranging in specialty retail throughout North Island, used by Muffin Break and exported to the States and Australia. Recently we won three artisan food awards – two in NZ and one in the States.
