Edendale Cafe is situated on the corner of the main west in West Melton this is a growing area surrounded by suburbs such as Rolleston Darfield Burnham and Kirwee. Edendale Cafe is around 18 kms from the Christchurch Airport and it on the main route for skiing season. The concept our cafe is rooted in holistic health, we offer a great Low carb, Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free menu as well as embracing the concept of instinct eating; products such as trace minerals, MCT oils, Vitamins, omegas as well 10 day resets for becoming fat adapted.
