Craft is a small local business based in the heart of Nelson, New Zealand creating traditional french Pâtés and Terrines.

We offer a variety of different styles according to season, ranging from smooth to coarse, mild or strong to spicy.
One of our most popular ones are the Duck Liver Mousse and the Rillette.
