Bellbird Bakery

Bellbird is an artisan Bakery specialising in sourdough bread and french style viennoiserie. We produce authentic French viennoiserie, sourdoughs, ciabattas and baguettes.

Our bread is made with organic or spray-free flour, all sourced within Canterbury. We use traditional techniques and long fermentation to bring you the most delicious baked goods in town.

Our bakery is located at The Tannery in Woolston, Christchurch, and we have a shop situated inside the Riverside Market in the heart of Ōtautahi. We also supply some retailers, cafes and restaurants throughout the city.
