Join us for an incredible culinary experience to celebrate Matariki in the Bay of Islands. An all-star cast of Māori master chefs including the Hangi Master, Rewi Spraggon, Grant Kitchen, Tu Fearn and Tama Salive (The Duke of Marlborough) will present a menu indigenous to Aotearoa.

This evening of fine dining featuring the best of modern Māori cuisine and culture will be a night to remember and includes a Canape Reception from 5.30pm followed by a 4 course meal, designed and prepared especially for Matariki by our master chefs. Each chef will introduce their dish.

Each course will be matched with a superb Northland or Māori produced wine and introduced by one of Aotearoa's Master Sommeliers

The evening will also feature fabulous entertainment with music from Taisha Tari and MC Tammy Davis. This event will be high demand and we have very limited capacity. Please book early to avoid disappointment!
