"We are two sisters who have ten kids between us and have spent most of our lives struggling to keep up with the daily grind of life. We want you to know that we are not perfect, we know the struggle is real when it comes to taking care of yourself and making you a priority! We know what poor eating habits can do, we know what no sleep can do, we know what stress can do and we know what it's like to lose your health. That's why we are so passionate about what we do!

We are on our own journey of discovering complete wellness in the body, mind and soul and it inspires us when we can help others achieve this too through the food we create. It doesn't matter where ur at on ur health journey, we all gotta start somewhere and we can all inspire each other along the way!

We wanted our logo to represent our Māori heritage, but we wanted it to be contemporary as we want to keep finding new ways of doing things, we want to be innovative in what we do. The subtle koru represents new life and growth which is what we are striving for. The three maunga represent body, mind and spirit and represent the highest version of ourselves.
