An independent restaurant with 6 seats at our chef's counter, focused around our open kitchen.
We cook over manuka wood fire and serve one set menu that is driven by the season and our local produce. We work with whole animals, line caught fish and practice our own preservation, curing, dry-aging, fermentation, baking and cheesemaking. We're fine dining, but with our own edgy spin.
Our innovative dishes can be paired with our handmade alcoholic drinks, or our unique non-alcoholic Pasture match. Our wine list focuses on minimal intervention and provenance and is designed to showcase artisan New Zealand producers.
Pasture is a chef-led dining experience with Ed Verner as owner and head chef.
