Joyeux Noël! A mid-winter Christmas celebration is arriving at Farmhouse Kitchen, with special guest Kem Ormond from Maison de Cuisine in Havelock North. Kem is experienced in French-inspired cooking, and under her guidance participants will create a French Christmas menu. This will be a hands-on afternoon! The main attraction is the Terrine, and the menu is built up around this. All will be made from scratch, with seasonal produce and French inspiration - think Cranberries, Endives, Turnips, Vichyssoise, and all with a Hawke’s Bay twist!
Ticket price includes – demonstration and hands-on involvement in the preparation of a three-course meal, two glasses of Hawke’s Bay wine, and you get to take home one third of a Bostock organic chicken terrine.
