A place to escape from the all that’s going on in the world and journey through the stars. Supers Matariki dinner is more than food for the body, it’s 9-courses interwoven with stories of the stars, the food, the ingredients, spoken word and visual arts. Its a night to be held, to recharge, to be looked after. A celebration of all the gifts earth has given us over the past year. Keeping true to who Super is, half the courses have a Japanese influence created by the Super chefs and the other half have a Maori influence and are created by award-winning guest chef Craig Martin.
The menu features ingredients from small local producers and foraged goodness from Banks Peninsula.
