Highwater is a modern inner-city restaurant and bar serving seasonal, flavoursome food using traditional techniques to make nearly everything in-house.

We celebrate local, sustainable and ethical produce, working with local growers, and support like-minded businesses.

We have a carefully curated drinks list on offer with a selection of wine from vineyards with sustainable viticulture and organic growing practices, locally brewed beers and great coffee from Rich coffee.

We are big on being open, honest and inclusive with our guests, encouraging curiosity and conversation around food and drink, where it comes from and how it makes us feel. But most importantly, we want to be a fun and enjoyable place where everyone feels welcome.
