Enjoy the ‘how to’ of cooking with the much-lauded and award-winning chef Christopher Stockdale. You’ll enjoy a four-course tasting menu and a splash of four delicious local wines. Gather with us in the beautiful Wallingford and its surrounds, collecting edible goodies from the garden, trufflery and farmland. You’ll help chop, bake, salt, fry, sauté, churn, braise and ‘fire and ice’ the produce in our pool house, all the while tasting the fruits of your prepared dalliances.
For the ultimate weekend, consider staying on at Wallingford, the homestead touted as ‘a stately home off the beaten track with excellent food offerings.’ Kick back and recharge; walk in the wind, think Rousseau and read with the fire by your side while we take care of the rest.
